Avec's helpdesk support staff are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excepting statutory holidays.
You can raise a support issue in three different ways:
- Choose 'New support ticket' from this website
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Telephone 028 9045 9000 and speak to our support staff or leave a voicemail message
Regardless of the method you choose, when raising a new support ticket, please provide as much detail as possible to enable us to identify and resolve the problem quickly.
Please note that any emails to email@example.com will automatically generate a new support ticket, unless you hit Reply to an existing ticket notification.
